Our Group has invested significantly to establish research centers in Qingdao, Vietnam, Europe, and North America to form a global R&D network that understands local user needs and to pioneer new rubber and tire technology.
These centers employ cutting-edge technology to establish a sophisticated global R&D system. From market research, product planning, and tire structure design to product verification and testing during the entire development process, the R&D system provides the capabilities to develop a full range of products specifically designed to meet our customers’ needs.
Our Group is a member of the America Tire and Rim Association, the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization, and the China Wheel Organization for Standardization.
Quality Assurance — Product & System Certification
Brilliance products have received certification in 20 countries including China's CCC, US's DOT, Europe's ECE, Brazil's INMETRO and GCC in the Middle East. Rovelo has also been awarded certification for meeting IATF16949 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system standards. Our laboratory has also obtained Spain's IDIADA and Germany’s TUV certification.

Finished Product Inspection
By utilizing advanced testing equipment to ensure all products meet quality inspection and assurance requirements. Each tire needs to undergo strict external inspection to ensure the appearance is flawless, as well as dynamic balance and uniformity testing to ensure driving comfort.
